Right of Withdrawel

You have a cool-down period of 14 days to return a purchased product, starting from the day you received the item. You don't need to tell us why, but ofcourse we are always curious about the why.

After reporting, you have 14 days to physically return the item. It can only be returned un-used, and when possibile, in the original packaging. The shipmentcosts for the return need to be payed by you. After receiving the product, we will credit the product-amount without shipping-costs (only when charged separate)

 

The easyist way to report the use of the right of withdrawal is to send us an email ( sales@rally-motor.nl ). We shall send shipmentinstructions and (if needed) advise you about the cheapest shipment solution. You can also use the Standard Form for Withdrawal (see below).
