NEW EU VAT RULES STARTING 1 JULY 2021

As of July 1, 2021, the European VAT rules have changed. Where we previously could simply charge the 21% Dutch VAT, from 1 July 2021 we have to charge the VAT of the country from where the order is placed. For example: For deliveries to Denmark we charge 25% VAT and for deliveries to Germany 19% VAT. This VAT is also paid to that specific country. In a way, you support your own country when ordering with us!

WHAT ARE THE SHIPMENTCOSTS AT RALLY-MOTOR

This depends each country. For shipping in the EU we use flat rates:

HOW DO WE SHIP YOUR ORDER

We normally use POSTNL - UPS and DPD for our shipments. The basic rule is that we use POSTNL and DPD for domestic orders and UPS-DPD for international orders. For international orders we sometimes use the European Eurodis netwerk also. 

WHEN IS YOUR ORDER DELIVERED

When you place an order (and it's in stock!) it's usually shipped thesame day. In the worst-case scenario we ship three days after receiving your order. Exception on this rule are special orders. If there is a delay we always try to inform our customers as soon as possible and discuss the options.

For shipments outside the Netherlands we depent on the transit-times of UPS-DPD and the Eurodis network. Normally transittimes to Belgium are 2-3 days and 3-4 days for Germany and Luxembourg. For other country's transit-times are between the 4 and 6 days. 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES RALLY-MOTOR USE

You can pay using creditcards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay. Also available is Paypal, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
